These are some of the best books to help you control or quit drinking.

They cover many aspects of drinking from various angles.  Some are written for a broad base of people, while others are written for a more specific type of person and situation.

I cannot recommend any specific book for anyone.  Some can be very helpful, while others are more of a biographical nature, written by someone that has achieved a higher level of understanding problems associated with drinking.

You need to click on one that catches your eye and look at the excerpts that are offered by most of them.  You may find one that "feels" like it may be helpful.  It just might be the one that makes a difference.
